Hexistor, a leading provider of data security to the hospitality industry is hiring an IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Support customer via phone and email, utilize remote software to assist them in resolving technical issues and document interactions in case management software (ticketing) in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication (verbal and written English), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical support, hospitality background preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in: Database (Oracle, SQL), virtual environments (Hyper B, VMware), Linux.
• Ability to travel internationally
